To reduce the cognitive load on students universities have introduced an interactive voicebot capable of providing all sorts of campus related information to the students.
The objective is to free up students’ valuable time spent in rote activities thus enabling them to devote the same to pursue more value added activities
It involves to maintain highest security of student information and develop an integrated platform integrating different silo/legacy/ERP systems
Our Approach The requirements were mapped out through extensive interactions with the students and faculty members
We followed a SSDLC (secure software development lifecycle) methodology to develop a ‘minimum viable product’ aimed at capturing feedback from all stakeholders within a month.
Additionally, an AI based Chatbot was developed to facilitate a broader set of user interactions
An API framework has been developed along with security infrastructure (PKI, Symmetric encryption, OAuth)
Full integration with IT ecosystem being achieved with more personalized voice services being offered
Mobile platform of chatbot also developed as a different interactive channel. The usage analytics also captured, analyzed and and fed to the system as a part of continuous improvement
